We want you to love your Missoma jewelry, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Package Your Jewelry
Place your items back in their original Missoma pouch and box, ensuring they are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
